Parc Entertainment's Short Film "Imagination" a Finalist in Sidewalk's "Crazy 8 Filmmaking Challenge"

To promote the eighth year of the Sidewalk Moving Picture Festival, Sidewalk hosted the "Crazy 8 Filmmaking Challenge." The contest called upon filmmakers to create a short piece promoting the festival. Each video was to be no longer than two minutes and had to incorporate the number "8" somehow into the film. Given these guidelines, filmmakers could then use their creativity in producing an original film, with the winner to be selected at this year's festival. Parc Entertainment's short film "Imagination" has been selected as one of the finalists and will be shown September 24, 2006, along with all other finalists, at 4:45 pm at the McWane Science Center. The winner will be named after all films have been screened.
