Departure

Departure is the story of a young woman who wants out of her marriage, but her husband isn’t ready to let her go. He has one last chance to stop her before she boards a train and leaves forever. Starring Brandi Burgess, Josh Butler, and Dallas Teague-Snider. Departure was produced for the Summer 2007 Sidewalk Scramble, a contest in which a short film must be produced in 48 hours. Out of 22 entries Departure scored in the top 7 in every category (Directing, Cinematography, Editing, and Inspiration Package). It was also an official selection at the 2008 Sidewalk Moving Picture Festival.
